IPC top leaders attended an Electoral Commission of Namibia - ECN Stakeholders consultative meeting

JUST IN: IPC top leaders attended an Electoral Commission of Namibia - ECN Stakeholders consultative meeting at which a number of pertinent issues were considered and agreed. Amongst these, The Amendment of the Electoral Act Act 5 of 2014 would include:

1) All voters to present ID in addition to Voter Cards.

2) Continual registration to be instituted with a trial in Khomas before being rolled out to all the Region. This means new voters will continually be registered and not only during election period.
