The Chief Patriot, Dr Panduleni F. B Itula paid a courtesy visit to the Ministry of Agriculture in Ndonga Linena Constituency to understand why the Ndonga Linena Green Scheme is not in operations, there is no activity taking place, equipments are lying around and collecting dust and rust.
