Dr Itula's podcast comprising an outline of reshaping the political landscape in Namibia was like a fresh breeze. For the first time in my life, I listened to a politician who did not talk like a politician, but like a knowledgeable leader who knows what managing a country with a diverse population should really be like. A Flat management structure without expensive non-effective tiers, is surely the way to go. Placing decision making in the hands of people who really are in touch with their electorate, is the only way to ensure that people are properly represented by their own leaders from their own tribes. Go Dr Itula! You have my vote.
